Szanowni Państwo,

W ostatnich dniach otrzymaliśmy niepokojące sygnały, że w imieniu naszej firmy Optiveum sp. z o.o. nieznane osoby podające się za naszych pracowników rozsyłają wiadomości rzekomo w naszym imieniu zarówno z Polski jak i zza granicy.

Zapewniamy, że nie mamy nic wspólnego z tymi działaniami. Prowadzimy w tej sprawie postępowanie wyjaśniające.

Nigdy nie kontaktujemy się z naszymi partnerami biznesowymi (klientami, kandydatami, itd.) za pośrednictwem komunikatorów np. WhatsApp czy Telegram.

Przepraszamy za zaistniałą sytuację, jednak jest ona poza naszą kontrolą. Zalecamy wykasowanie tych wiadomości i blokowanie numerów, z których te wiadomości przychodzą.

Jeśli chcieliby Państwo skontaktować się z nami w tej sprawie bezpośrednio, bardzo prosimy o wiadomość: [email protected].

Złożyliśmy już do Prokuratury zawiadomienie o popełnieniu przestępstwa, więc wszelkie zebrane dowody oraz wiadomości źródłowe są materiałem dowodowym, który umożliwi jak najszybsze rozwiązanie sytuacji, w której znaleźliśmy się bez naszej wiedzy.

In recent days we have received disturbing signals that unknown persons claiming to be our employees have been sending out messages purporting to be on our behalf (Optiveum sp. z o.o.) from both Poland and abroad.

We assure you that we have nothing to do with these activities. We are investigating this matter.

We never contact our business partners (clients, candidates, etc.) via instant messaging services such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

We apologise for the situation that has arisen, but it is beyond our control. We recommend deleting these messages and blocking & reporting the numbers from which these messages come.

We have already filed a crime notice with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, so all the evidence we have gathered and the source messages are evidence that will enable to resolve the situation in which we found ourselves without our knowledge as soon as possible.

Tibco, MuleSoft, etc experts in great demand for a German integrator

We support one of our clients:

A German integrator with offices in Poland in search for an Integration Architect.

in the world of SAP and Oracle – new roles in old reality?

We have recently observed that we get more and more CVs of candidates who are immediately available to start a new job. Mostly, these are developers based in Poland and who have worked for various types of start-ups who didn’t get the next round of funding or at a development teams of international companies who sadly decided to leave Poland and closed their operations here.

At the same time, we see no such trend in the sector of enterprise management systems. Apparently large companies – who usually are the users of ERPs – not only decide to develop their systems but more and more often move from the on-premise to the cloud. We mainly mean SAP and Oracle.

When talking to candidates about potential new roles of either SAP or Oracle developers, support engineers, etc we see two ways of approaching the topic of a potential job change. Some of them who have worked for a service provider- integrator have enough of the external client pressure and decide to apply for a new job at the end customer – which we will mention below. The other candidate group takes a lighter approach and does not mind working for service providers as long as the money is right.

As it happens, we are able to please both groups of candidates as at a given moment we have offers at

  1. a global medical devices company looking for a SAP Project Manager (Change Requests)and also a SAP Support FI/CO Engineer – based in Warsaw for candidates looking for international work environment but at the same time look for stability of the contract of employment (umowa o pracę) and mostly office based job
  2. for those of you who prefer working a B2B – self-employed model and would like to join the world’s leader in infrastructure services we have a role of a Senior SAP Consultant S/4 HANA with Cloud or an Oracle Architect-Solution Lead.
