Jaki jest zakres przetwarzanych przez Administratora moich danych osobowych?
W celu prowadzenia procesów rekrutacji, na podstawie umowy zawartej pomiędzy Administratorem a potencjalnym pracownikiem, koniecznym będzie zebranie następującego zakresu danych: imię, nazwisko, adres e-mail oraz numer telefonu. Podanie danych w zakresie art. 221 § 1 Kodeksu pracy jest wymagane, a podanie dodatkowych danych dobrowolne.
Jaki jest cel przetwarzania moich danych osobowych?
Administrator przetwarza Twoje dane osobowe w następujących celach:
- Cel przetwarzania: Ustalenie tożsamości przed rozpoczęciem świadczenia usług. Podstawa prawna (pełne nazwy aktów prawnych znajdziesz na końcu formularza): Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO
- Cel przetwarzania: Administrator danych będąc przedsiębiorcą ma prawo do dochodzenia roszczeń z tytułu prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej i tym samym przetwarzania danych w tym celu. Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b oraz f RODO, jako tzw. prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora, którym jest dochodzenie roszczeń i obrona praw.
- Cel przetwarzania: W celu świadczenia usług rekrutacyjnych, Administrator potrzebuje Twojej zgody, w celu prezentowania Twojej kandydatury potencjalnym pracodawcą oraz kontaktowania się z Tobą za pośrednictwem wiadomości email oraz SMS. Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO
- Cel przetwarzania: Na Administratorze jako przedsiębiorcy spoczywają obowiązki nałożone również innymi aktami prawa, w tym np. obowiązek prowadzenia ksiąg rachunkowych czy obowiązki podatkowe jak konieczność wystawiania rachunków za wykonane usługi, co może się wiązać z koniecznością przetwarzania danych osobowych. Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zw. z art. 74 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 29 września 1994 r. o rachunkowości.
Czy moje dane przetwarzane są w jakiś jeszcze sposób?
Nie, Administrator nie stosuje żadnych procesów opartych o zautomatyzowane podejmowanie decyzji w tym profilowanie.
Komu przekazywane są moje dane osobowe?
Poufność Twoich danych jest priorytetem. W związku z tym Administrator może przekazywać Twoje dane jedynie podmiotom, z którymi współpracuje bezpośrednio przy realizacji usług rekrutacyjnych, których jesteś podmiotem. Partnerzy Administratora są zobowiązani do chronienia Twoich danych w sposób zgodny z prawem.
Czy moje dane są przekazywane poza Unię Europejską (EOG)?
Nie, Administrator nie przekazuje danych osobowych do państw znajdujących się poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym.
Przez jaki czas przetwarzane są moje dane osobowe?
Twoje dane są przetwarzane przez okres realizacji usług lub dochodzenia roszczeń z nimi związanymi. Jeżeli dane były przetwarzane w celu dochodzenia roszczeń (np. w postępowaniach windykacyjnych), Administrator przetwarza dane w tym celu przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń, wynikający z przepisów kodeksu cywilnego. Dane są usuwane lub poddawane anonimizacji po upływie terminów wskazanych w prawie lub na Twój wniosek, w zakresie, w jakim jest to możliwe.

Możesz także skorzystać z uprawnienia do złożenia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych oraz prawa do przenoszenia danych do innego administratora danych. Przysługuje Ci także prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa. RODO – Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE;

What is the scope of my personal data processed by the Administrator?
In order to conduct recruitment processes, based on the agreement concluded between the Administrator and a potential employee, it will be necessary to collect the following scope of data: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. Providing data within the scope of art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code of Poland is required, and providing additional data is voluntary.
What is the purpose of processing my personal data?
The administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- The purpose of processing: In order to provide recruitment services, the Administrator needs your consent in order to present your candidacy to a potential employer and to contact you via email and SMS.Legal basis of the processing (the full names of the legal acts can be found at the end of this document): Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO
- The purpose of processing: As an entrepreneur, the Administrator has obligations imposed also by other legal acts, including e.g. the obligation to keep accounting books or tax obligations such as the need to issue bills for services rendered, which may involve the need to process personal data. .Legal basis of the processing (the full names of the legal acts can be found at the end of this document): Article 6 1 lit. c GDPR in connection from art. 74 section 2 of the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994.
Is my data processed in any other way?
No, the Administrator does not use any processes based on automated decision making, including profiling
Who is my personal information transferred to?
The confidentiality of your data is a priority. Therefore, the Administrator may transfer your data only to entities with which it cooperates directly in the implementation of recruitment services of which you are the entity. Administrator’s partners are obliged to protect your data in a lawful manner.
Is my data transferred outside the European Union (EEA)?
No, the Administrator does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area
How long is my personal data processed?
Your data is processed for the duration of services or asserting claims related to them. If the data were processed for the purpose of pursuing claims (e.g. in debt recovery proceedings), the Administrator processes data for this purpose for the period of limitation of claims, resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code. The data is deleted or anonymized after the deadlines specified in the law or at your request, to the extent possible.
Is it obligatory to provide my data?
The use of the Administrator’s services is completely voluntary, however, he is obliged by law to process data. In this case, failure to provide data may result in denial of service.
What are my rights?
The administrator provides you with the right to access data, rectify them, request removal or limit their processing. You can also use the right to object to data processing and the right to transfer data to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland
