We created Optiveum in 2020 having previously worked for and managed international teams in the leading global HR & Outsourcing companies.
Backed by more than 20 years of overall professional experience, we bring corporate standards and tools of work to our boutique organisation where each client is our genuine business partner and some of them have become our friends.
We believe that the years spent in the corporate environment equipped us with adequate experience to professionally run a boutique organisation where our values can be put into practice and work-life balance maintained.
